The Resilient Leader

You were born resilient: Let’s rediscover that strength together.

Leaders need resilience skills now: They are pummeled by challenges to self-worth; by a world in flux; and by unceasing demands on their attention and action. Drawing on Henry’s Harvard and Oxford PhD work in ancient wisdom; on groundbreaking research on mindset; and on interactive exercises, this transformative experience teaches the three pillars of resilience.

Audiences Will Learn:

• Antifragility: How to grow stronger through every challenge.

• Agility: How to master the skills needed to pivot quickly.

• Action Game Plans: How to defeat distraction and ensure progress.

From Impostor to Innovator

Lie: “You do not belong.” Truth: “You are here to leave your unique mark.” Let’s learn how.

Impostor syndrome is an epidemic. Studies show that most businesspeople battle feelings of professional unworthiness. The numbers are worse for women and People of Color. The cost to individuals, organizations, and society is devastating: Leaders cannot cultivate their own wellbeing; truly connect with colleagues and clients; and leave their unique mark on the world from a place of unworthiness.

It does not have to be this way: We can write a different story. Drawing on cutting-edge findings on mindset, self-narrative, and play, this experience transforms leaders from “impostors” to innovators.

Audiences will:

• Identify their unique values, virtues, and visions.

• Create a growth game plan to cultivate all three.

• Learn to market their values, virtues, and visions.

Find Joy at Work

Combining Henry’s Oxford research in ancient psychology, leading-edge research on engagement and mindset, and the improv philosophy, this keynote will transform participants’ relationship to their work.

Audiences will:

• Identify the hidden blocks dampening their passion.

• Reconnect to their sources of joy at work.

• Discover fresh possibilities for collaboration and innovation.
