Dr. Kathy Hoeft, MPT, DPT, is a seasoned physical therapist and athletic trainer with over 30 years of experience in sports training, rehabilitation, and holistic health. She has dedicated her career to helping thousands of individuals live pain-free lives, build strength, improve flexibility, and manage their weight effectively.

Kathy's journey began in the Philadelphia area, where she worked with high school and college athletes, creating and designing two medically supervised fitness and rehabilitation centers. Twenty years ago, she moved to Naples, FL, marking the start of her entrepreneurial journey. She and her family successfully owned and operated The Health Club of Naples and the Physical Therapy Clinic of Naples. Although The Health Club of Naples closed in 2010, Kathy continues to run multiple physical therapy clinics in town and currently oversees the operations of the Port Royal Club Fitness Center, managing over twenty-five employees.


As a true advocate of overall well-being, Kathy recently launched the MyHummingbird app and store, providing her clients with the tools to maintain healthy habits on-the-go. Her treatment approach combines enthusiasm, educated intensity, and a deep understanding of her patients' physical and emotional needs. Kathy's passion for living life to the fullest drives her to help others achieve the same.
